I have had two outstanding experiences which have proved to me the power of the healing truths of Christian Science.

The first experience began when I was on a European vacation, the high point of which was a trip through southern Spain. In the midst of this delightful journey I was stricken with dysentery. My understanding of the truths taught in Christian Science enabled me to complete the trip.

However, when I returned to Madrid, another attack confined me to my room. I was due to fly home to the United States in a few days, and time was of the essence because I had to register for college in the Middle West within the week. Although the symptoms were still acute, I was able to fly home on my scheduled flight.
