Through the study of Christian Science...
Through the study of Christian Science, I have learned that goodness is the expression of God Himself, because He is omnipresent good.
Several years ago, with the help of a Christian Science practitioner, I was healed of a severe pain in my back caused by a misplaced nerve in a vertebra. I was referred to page 406 of Science and Health, where Mrs. Eddy says: "The Bible contains the recipe for all healing. 'The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.' Sin and sickness are both healed by the same Principle. The tree is typical of man's divine Principle, which is equal to every emergency. offering full salvation from sin, sickness, and death." I was also healed of grief when my mother passed on at this same time.
Through the understanding that as God's idea, man dwells in divine Mind, I overcame seasickness on a voyage overseas. I was grateful for protection along the way and for the opportunity to organize a Christian Science service on the ship.
