"Physician, heal thyself"

"The Scientist's chief concern is with the re-forming, or reformation, of human thought"

Christ Jesus quoted the proverb (Luke 4:23), "Physician, heal thyself." In Science and Health, Mrs. Eddy shows herself in full accord with this proverb. She says (p. 144), "When the Science of being is universally understood, every man will be his own physician, and Truth will be the universal panacea."
