I have known of Christian Science since I was very young, but it was not until after I was married and was expecting my second child that I really began to study.

During the birth, tenseness and fear were overcome by my repeating with the attending Christian Science nurse statements of truth from Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy and the last stanza of our Leader's poem "Communion Hymn," which reads (Poems, p. 75):
