GOD'S LAW
What
is the Principle, the unerring cause,
That stills the tempest and annuls the curse,
Dispelling chaos with but one effect—
Order in thought throughout the universe?
What is the energy, the vital force,
That constitutes man's being, makes him free;
Lifts thought above the claims of mortal mind
Into life's heaven-filled immortality?
I find my answer as I learn to love,
And to behold creation without flaw.
Then only can I see beyond the mists
And recognize God's all-embracing law.
