Space will not permit me to relate all the proofs of God's loving protection which have come to me through the study of Christian Science. The healings of an internal malignant condition, burns, pneumonia, influenza, mumps, and the smoking and drinking habits by the prayerful work of a member of the family were mentioned in my first testimony in the Sentinel of August 17, 1946.

My granddaughter was stricken with ear trouble. Her mother called a practitioner more than two thousand miles away; and the truth of Christian Science was voiced so clearly that it broke the fear of the parents, and the child was instantaneously healed.

An incident that I experienced might prove helpful to others. Upon entering a place of business where remodeling was going on, I stepped on a temporary step, one end of which was not nailed down, and I fell with my foot under me and broke two bones in my foot. But I walked a block to my home and called a practitioner for help. She asked me to study what Mrs. Eddy says in Science and Health about accidents.
