I have had the wonderful privilege of having been reared in Christian Science, and I feel impelled to share with others a few of the many healings which I have experienced. When I was two years old, I was healed of infantile paralysis through the loving help of a Christian Science practitioner and through my mother's prayerful study of the Bible and of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy.

For several years after I had reached maturity, I struggled with a sense of incompleteness resulting from a broken home. The healing was a slow one, but finally, through my own study and with the help of a practitioner, I was lifted completely out of this state of thought. I changed positions, moved to a distant city, made new friends, and met and married a fine man who had also been reared in Christian Science.

This healing certainly proved to me that, regardless of the seeming circumstances, the condition is always a mental one, and when one's thinking is changed by the recognition of man's inherent joy and completeness, one's entire experi ence becomes harmonious and beautiful.
