LETTERS TO THE PRESS FROM CHRISTIAN SCIENCE COMMITTEES ON PUBLICATION
The English Churchman
The English Churchman London, England
In his interesting contribution to the topic, "Women in the Ministry," I notice that [the writer] refers rather derogatively to Mary Baker Eddy's name for God as "Father-Mother."
It is worthy of note that, since God created man, male and female, He must be the source of feminine as well as the masculine qualities. Is it therefore out of order to regard God as Mother as well as Father?
