I can scarcely count the blessings...
I can scarcely count the blessings I have experienced through the study of Christian Science. My heart is full of gratitude for them.
On page 234 of the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health, Mary Baker Eddy says, "Whatever inspires with wisdom, Truth, or Love—be it song, sermon, or Science—blesses the human family with crumbs of comfort from Christ's table, feeding the hungry and giving living waters to the thirsty."
Despite all obstacles that seemed to arise, I was quite unexpectedly able to visit my children in the Rhineland after many years of separation from them. While there, I was able to prove God's power in a wonderful way. My little grandchild, at that time four weeks old, was taken seriously ill with an intestinal infection accompanied by severe attacks of diarrhea with bleeding.
