I have received abundant benefits from Christian Science for over forty years, and it surely is time for me to say thank you through the pages of our periodicals. This Science came to us through the eager inquiring of my mother at a time when our home was a very unhappy one.

With the help of a Christian Science practitioner, my grandmother was instantaneously healed of a growth which had reduced her to a pitiful state. At the same time my mother's health, my own health, and that of my brother began to improve. Many healings took place, including those of earache, toothache, colds, broken bones, pneumonia, nervous headaches, warts, weak ankles, and nightmares.

Regular attendance at a branch Church of Christ, Scientist, and a Christian Science Sunday School, together with consistent reading of Christian Science literature in our home, established more harmonious relationships, clearer thinking, and wiser decisions. It was with great joy that after leaving Sunday School at the age of twenty, I was accepted as a member of both The Mother Church and a branch church. This provided me with further opportunities for spiritual development and growth in grace.
