In Malachi we read (3:10), "Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it." This promise of God has been fulfilled in my experience, for I have received blessings too numerous to relate in one testimony.

A broken hip was healed without resort to any material aid. "Only through radical reliance on Truth can scientific healing power be realized," says our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, on page 167 of Science and Health. With the untiring and devoted help of Christian Science practitioners at different times and my own growing understanding of God as the only power, I was able to carry on my responsibilities as a housemother in a sorority house at a state university during this time.

The hymn beginning (Christian Science Hymnal, No. 139), "I walk with Love along the way," was almost constantly in my thought, and it enabled me to rise above the suggestions of mortal mind. An X ray, which, out of consideration to those around me I agreed could be taken, showed the bone to be neatly knitted. The doctor who made the picture remarked that he had never seen a better healing of that kind of break.
