RADIO PROGRAM No. 276 - Spiritual Alertness Penetrates a Stone Wall

Speaker: Have you ever faced a situation you felt you just couldn't handle, one that seemed beyond your abilities, one where you appeared to be up against a stone wall? Perhaps there didn't seem to be any answer to your problem. Today you're going to meet a man who faced a situation like that and found that stone walks are not insurmountable. In this instance the stone wall seemed to be an engineering problem, and our guest found the answer entirely through prayer, by turning to God, the divine Mind, for guidance.

I'd like to introduce Dwight Mills, of Felton, California. He's going to tell you just how he worked out this problem.

Mr. Mills: Well, at the time this happened I'd just joined a major aircraft manufacturing company as a engineer, and this was the first assignment they'd given me. What they wanted me to do was to design a small but rugged gearing mechanism to control the elevators on the tail of a jet plane.
