THE LIBERATING POWER OF DIVINE LOVE

Every human heart needs love. Because God, the Principle of being, is divine Love, Love's offspring must be endued with love. In the proportion that we prove this truth through our expression of pure affection, we glimpse heaven and see the liberating law of divine Love operate in our experience.

It may have been the experience of many that when some bitter misunderstanding, distrust, or antipathy has arisen in human relationships, they have found a solution to the problem by turning unreservedly to divine Love and the facts of harmonious being. Self-will, self-righteousness, self-justification, are but beliefs arising from the incorrect reasoning of the physical senses.

Spiritual sense, however, discerns divine Love's supreme presence, and the demonstration of Love's immortal qualities banishes the darkness of fear, hatred, criticism, and sin.
