Many years ago I received my first healing in Christian Science. I had had stomach trouble for about two years. During that time I had been under medical treatment. I was opposed to what I thought Christian Science is; but a dear aunt finally persuaded me to visit a Christian Science practitioner, and I did. The practitioner was loving and kind. She asked me if I thought God sent sickness to His beloved child. She told me that God is Love and talked to me of God's great love for His children. As a sponge absorbs water, I absorbed all that she said to me about God.

I was instantaneously healed, and I felt I had entered a new world. I found I could eat without any ill effects. The fear that had been tormenting me gave place to the spiritual truths declared by the practitioner. The truth had indeed set me free.

I cannot express in words my gratitude for Christian Science. Not all problems have been overcome as easily as the one just mentioned; but by my earnest, conscientious study and work, error has yielded to Truth, and I am deeply grateful.—(Mrs.) Rachel H. Zick, Beloit, Wisconsin.
