In appreciation of Christian Science, which heals all manner of difficulties, I should like to add my testimony. In our early experience in Christian Science one of our children manifested a serious and alarming condition of tonsillitis. It irritated me because it was necessary for the child to submit to a medical examination in the schools. Also the condition seemed greatly aggravated when there was inharmony in the home.

I particularly remember the last siege when strong resentment was present in my thought. The child was in bed, and the situation was most alarming. We asked for the prayerful help of a Christian Science practitioner, and I relied on God to heal the child and also to heal me of my resentful reactions.

That year we had been forced to prove Truth's help in many ways when establishing a home and business in another part of the country. This had given us ample opportunity to depend on God and to strengthen our trust in His ever-available care. However, I had allowed the pressure of it all to affect my disposition. Through the help of practitioners, I was freed from resentment and impatience, and our child was permanently healed of tonsillitis. We are indeed very grateful.
