SCIENTIFIC ANALYSIS
Intelligent analysis of the prime factors involved often precedes the finding of a solution to human problems. This is particularly true with the healing of sickness, sorrow, and sin in Christian Science.
An engineer, mathematician, or physicist breaks up a problem into its principal factors as a preliminary step toward finding the correct answer. In the same way the Christian Scientist finds Christianly scientific analysis a most useful step in demonstrating present salvation for himself and his patients. In each case the result is obtained through the application of known fundamentals.
Christian Science starts from the highest instead of from the lowest base in analyzing the human need. Where personal sense may suggest the presence of nothing but trouble, Science reveals the presence of God and His spiritual creation, man and the universe, as the only actuality. Christianly scientific analysis begins properly with a consideration of the qualities of Deity, which are reflected by the real man.
