Because more and more good unfolds for me as I go forward in my study and application of Christian Science, I cannot refrain further from expressing my gratitude for the beauty, joy, and harmony it has brought into my life.

I did not come into Science because of ill-health, but because of other adverse conditions which confronted me. They clearly indicated that my life needed readjustment, for it was filled with much worldliness and selfishness. A very dear relative realized my need, and almost from the moment she placed in my hands Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, my life began to take on a new outlook, and a new way of living was shown to me.

That was more than twenty-five years ago, and from that time on. Truth has been for me a sustaining power and an ever-present help, as well as my only physician. I have had many healings. A serious case of high blood pressure brought on periods of nervous fear, which made my nights almost intolerable. I was panicky about even going to bed, for I would often awaken covered with perspiration, resulting from terror in my dreams. Christian Science healed me of this condition.
