The blessing I have received through Christian Science is indescribably great. It has made my life worth living.

Twenty-eight years ago a friend whom I had not seen for years called my attention to Christian Science and invited me to attend a Wednesday evening testimony meeting with her. Although at the time I was confronted with financial difficulties, I was not inclined to accept her invitation. However, I changed my mind and accompanied her to the meeting.

The large attendance and the friendliness expressed towards one another by those present impressed me favorably, but although the reading from the desk was in my native tongue, it was as though I were listening to a foreign language. Even so, I continued to attend the Wednesday testimony meetings quite often and also began to go to the Sunday services. I soon found that Christian Science was the religion for which I had really been seeking, and I began to study it earnestly. The financial difficulties disappeared when divine Love pointed out a new way for me to take.
