My gratitude to God is unbounded for giving us the Way-shower, Christ Jesus, and for revealing Christian Science to our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy. Great good goes out to the world through our Churches of Christ, Scientist, and our literature. I am deeply thankful for practitioners and other consecrated students of Christian Science, who do so much for mankind.

This religion came into our home about thirty-five years ago. It was recommended to my mother for a severe condition of goiter, from which she was suffering at that time. She was completely healed through prayerful work in Christian Science, and our family became regular attendants at the nearest branch church, where I was enrolled in the Sunday School. During the many years since then this Science has been my constant help in every way.

A painful car condition I had at the age of three was healed through childlike trust in God's care and the simple realization that God is Love. Other healings included those of children's diseases, a broken bone, and many other difficulties. For twelve years I had a record of perfect attendance at school.
