Some
fish avidly take the bait offered them, unmindful of the consequences; others, though they are more cautious, finally yield to the lure, to their misfortune; and still others refuse to bite.
The
requirements of everyday living make great demands upon one's time, one's energy, one's resources.
What
a difference in our human experience when existence is looked upon from the right standpoint instead of from the wrong! The right standpoint is spiritual; the wrong standpoint is material.
As
we study the By-Laws of the Manual of The Mother Church by Mary Baker Eddy in the light of the spiritual understanding of God and His law which Christian Science reveals, we become increasingly aware of Mrs.
Consider
the nature of the perfect Mind expressed by perfect spiritual intelligence.
People
often let their thoughts dwell in the past, and such activity needlessly beclouds their present feelings and acts.

I thank God for all the blessings which have been heaped on me.
I desire to bear witness to the glorious proofs I have had of the healing power of Christian Science.
For many years Christian Science has blessed my life.

I have been a student of Christian Science for more than eighteen years, and about two and a half years ago I had an experience which showed me how far I have come in my understanding of God and of man's immutable relationship to Him.
Several years before I was married a childhood friend of my mother's, who was a student of Christian Science, healed me of a nervous condition so extreme that I could not sleep at night.
Christian Science has made my world a joyous place instead of a place of worry and fear.
As a girl I always felt that one need not be sick, but I never knew by what power to cast off ailments.
