Cleveland, Ohio (Fifth Church).

Three services will be held tomorrow in the Fifth Church of Christ, Scientist, Cleveland, Lake Avenue and W. 117th Street, marking dedication of the building. Christian Science churches are dedicated only when free from debt....

This church had its beginnings February 14, 1915, when a group of Christian Scientists held services in a third floor hall of a bank building at W. 65th Street and Detroit Avenue.

The group was recognized by The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, Boston, Massachusetts, in March of that year and became... Fifth Church of Christ, Scientist, Cleveland. By June a building was purchased at Franklin Boulevard and W. 58th Street, and it was dedicated in 1918. In 1923 attendance became so large it was necessary to sell the church and move to a hall at Detroit and Hird Avenues in Lakewood. First services were held in the present beautiful building January 1, 1928....

The church has a seating capacity of one thousand, and the Sunday School will accommodate the same number.
