Korea—Bronze Star for Christian Science chaplain

One of the Christian Science chaplains in Korea recently was awarded the Bronze Star with the letter "V" for Valor. This chaplain distinguished himself by heroic achievement in the combat area in Korea. He volunteered his services to assist in the evacuation of wounded members of a combat party. Although under constant enemy fire, he disregarded his own safety to give spiritual guidance and expert assistance to the wounded. His heroism in action brought great credit to the Chaplains' Corps.
