It is many years since my first experience of the healing power of Truth, as taught in Christian Science. When I turned to Science for help I had an instantaneous healing of a digestive difficulty of many years' standing. This was truly a great cause for rejoicing, and there has been no return of the difficulty since that time.

There have been many physical healings, including those of heavy colds and coughs, which I used to have every winter. One outstanding experience was the demonstration of supply when a sum of money was needed at a certain time. When I turned to a practitioner for help her words, "Material income is not the true source of supply," and other helpful thoughts she expressed must have been received by me without reservation, for there was a healing of a paralyzed arm, with the further proof that in a very short time more money than was needed came from a most unexpected source.

Another healing was that of an internal growth. When it had grown to suffocating proportions my good friend, the practitioner, again helped me. Immediately the sense of discomfort disappeared, and in a few days everything was perfectly normal. When tempted to feel lonely and sorry for myself at the time the last of my immediate relatives passed on, I gained a clearer understanding of what it means when we pray, "Our Father." Truly my friends have been sisters and brothers to me.
