For many years Christian Science has met my every need. I have been healed, sustained, and blessed by applying the rules laid down in Science and Health by our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy.

Some years ago, while serving as a tutor and hostess in a summer camp, I was healed of a severe case of shingles with the help of a practitioner. Even with little sleep at night and considerable pain I was able to do my work through the day and felt no ill effects. At another time a bruised knee with threatening symptoms of blood poisoning was healed by the help of a faithful practitioner.

I am grateful for these proofs of divine Love, which convinced me that Jesus' works and teachings are for all time and for all men. My deepest gratitude is for the day-by-day sustaining power of Truth. Reliance on God's love and guidance has enabled me to complete my full period of teaching in the public schools and to continue to find useful and interesting tasks to do. It has been a great privilege to be active on church committees connected with our periodicals.
