I should like to express my gratitude...

I should like to express my gratitude for Christian Science and for the many blessings it has brought to me and my family. I am grateful that I was able to attend a Christian Science Sunday School and grateful also for membership in The Mother Church.

With the loving help of a practitioner I was healed overnight of a poisoned arm, after being vaccinated in conformity with immigration requirements. Another healing was that of an ugly wart on my finger. It disappeared through my sincere study of the following words from the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy (p. 242): "In patient obedience to a patient God, let us labor to dissolve with the universal solvent of Love the adamant of error,—self-will, self-justification, and self-love,—which wars against spirituality and is the law of sin and death."

I am very grateful for the protection which my husband experienced during the Second World War and am joyous in the knowledge that our baby daughter will be enrolled in the Christian Science Sunday School. For the periodicals, for the practitioners, who answer every call, and for all that Christian Science is doing for the world, I shall never cease to be grateful.— (Mrs.) Winifred Edith Pheby, Sydney, Australia.
