"COME, WALK WITH LOVE ALONG THE WAY"

The Bible is replete with injunctions to walk with God and promises of peace, honor, and prosperity to those who obey. For instance, we read that Abram heard God's voice saying (Gen. 17:1,2): "I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect. And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly." And in Leviticus we have this comforting assurance (26:3-5): "If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them; then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely."

Those of us who want to be proficient in mathematics do not doubt the wisdom of holding fast to and applying the principles of mathematics in the solving of various problems. We should be just as consistent and logical when working out the problem of being. We should turn to divine Science as it has been revealed to this age by Mary Baker Eddy, its Discoverer and Founder.

This Science reveals that God is the only Mind and that since there is but one Mind there can be but one true consciousness, the consciousness of good, and it is this consciousness which man, God's idea or reflection, expresses and manifests. Therefore, man hears only the voice of God at all times, telling him to rejoice and sing and to be glad that God is good and that there is no evil to befall God's man or to hinder him from walking in the way God has prepared.
