LETTERS TO THE PRESS from Christian Science Committees on Publication

A paid advertisment in a recent issue of the Independent contained a reference to Christian Science which is apt to mislead your readers, and therefore I respectfully request that this explanatory letter be published.

The advertiser, after admitting that "many wonderful healing" have been accomplished by Christian Scientists, mistakenly referred to a work on psychic phenomena as a source book showing how these healings are accomplished.
