WHAT DOES CONCERN ME?
[Original article in German]
A Siren wailed in the night, announcing an air raid on a city some distance away. "Well, I'm all right; it is not going to affect me!" someone ejaculated in the darkness.
A Christian Scientist who heard these words began to ask herself: "What does concern me? What does or does not affect me?" To all who desire to live according to the teachings of Christ Jesus and the rules of Christian Science, this is a question of importance, which can be answered only through a correct understanding of divine Principle, God, and of His image or reflection, man.
Christian Science is divine law which reveals the oneness of Being, God and His manifestation. Being is spiritual and perfect, and it can never be changed. In this infinite Being is God's image and likeness, the one perfect man, the expression of Love, of Life, of Truth. He is just as immutable and eternal as his creator.
