Of Good Report

Inspiring fruitage has been reported as a result of advertising local Christian Science Reading Rooms and "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy in newspapers in many parts of the world. Healing and blessings have come to many whose introduction to Christian Science may be traced directly to such advertisements. The following accounts, though brief, are representative.

In Australia a man visited a Reading Room in answer to an advertisement. He has been healed of rheumatism as a result of his earnest study of this textbook, and he returns regularly to report his progress in understanding. He has memorized many passages in Science and Health and is very grateful. Another Australian, a businesswoman, became an almost daily visitor to the Reading Room, where she purchased copies of the Bible and Science and Health. As a result of her diligent study she was healed in about two weeks of the smoking habit of twenty-four years' standing.

A young woman visited a Reading Room in Denver, Colorado, and borrowed a copy of Science and Health. Through reading it she was healed of an open sore on her back. Later she purchased a copy of the textbook, and she is now an earnest student of Christian Science.
