A principal of a school in one of the rural districts ordered all the children to be inoculated against typhoid. It was reported to this Committee, and the parents were advised to take the matter up with the principal, pointing out that he had overstepped his powers in doing this without the consent of the parents. This was done, and the principal tendered his sincerest apologies for the action he had taken.
