SO FORMIDABLE IS TRUTH
Jesus said to the seventy whom he had sent out to do spiritual healing (Luke 10:19), "Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you."
Christian Science explains how our Master used this power of God, infinite Mind, to heal and protect mankind. It reveals that this absolute power of divine intelligence is always available to each of us in the degree that we realize that our only manhood is spiritual, God's image and likeness.
Students of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, have broadened their understanding of God as an ever-present power in their everyday experience by studying the seven definitive synonyms for God given therein. Among these synonyms are Truth, Life, and Love.
