Strange and many are the misconceptions of religion that have persisted through the centuries. One of the strangest is the idea many people have of the will or law of God. The will of God is ... the spiritual law of the universe in cooperation with which man's life may achieve its reason for existence and its fulfillment. It is for man's spiritual happiness and well-being. ... The total rightness of the lives of human beings is utterly dependent upon their searching for and finding the spiritual laws of God. These laws ... can bring untold blessing when we co-operate with them.

God requires nothing of us but that we shall love Him and "walk in all his ways," and serve Him with all our heart and all our soul.
