Freedom is obtained from hopeless invalidism

"Whatsoever things are true, .... honest, .... of good report," says Paul, "think on these things" (Phil. 4:8), and Mrs. Eddy reminds us to keep our minds filled with good. The remembering of God's enduring kindness to us is one of the good things.

As I look back upon the wonderful help and guidance I have had since Christian Science found me under the sentence of hopeless, helpless invalidism, I realize that this religion is one of the true things for which to praise God daily. Through Mrs. Eddy's revelation that there is but one Mind, I was led to know an unlimited, eternal, ever-present God and thus to prepare myself to receive joyously more of God's affluence; to see the unfolding of divine Mind in my uplifted thinking; to know that whatever of good has been accomplished has been the gift of the grace of Spirit.

Through Christian Science I was freed from the bondage of invalidism and restored to my professional life; I have been protected from illness; I have a permanent home; I have been saved from grief at the passing on of those near and dear in the family, as well as of my teacher.
