The Manual of The Mother Church, in Article XIII, Section 1, calls for the reading of certain reports at the Annual Meeting of The Mother Church each year. Among these are general reports from the Field. In compiling the latter, the annual reports which some of the branch churches and societies send in, and letters of greeting to the Annual Meeting which contain information concerning particularly interesting activities and special steps of progress during the past twelve months, are carefully examined. Excerpts are read from as many of them as the time allotted to this part of the program will permit.
In order that the reports sent in from the many churches and societies throughout the Field may be considered for possible use at the Annual Meeting to be held on June 6 this year, it would be helpful to have them in the office of The Christian Science Board of Directors as early as possible, and not later than May 1.
