Healing of gallstones and bladder trouble
"Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?" asked Jesus (Luke 17:17). That I may not be like the nine, I wish to express my gratitude to God for all the healings I have received in Christian Science.
My first healing came in 1909, and since that time I have never wanted any other help than that of Christian Science.
When I first went to a practitioner, I had no idea what a treatment would be. One of the first things he told me was that God is good and good is God. That was such a new idea to me that I said, "Did you say that 'good is God'?" After he had given me a little more information, he handed me a copy of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy to read while he gave me a treatment. I was healed then and there of gallstones and inflammation of the bladder.
