Grief dispelled; growth on hand disappears
I wish to express my gratitude to God for the many blessings I have received through the study and application of Christian Science.
It was through a healing of grief, after one of my children had passed on under medical care, that I realized the truth of the statement of our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, in our textbook. Science and Health (p. 266), "But this seeming vacuum is already filled with divine Love."
I have had many other healings, one of which was of intermittent attacks of internal inflammation; also a growth on my hand which had been there for over twenty years disappeared. Teeth were extracted without pain when I realized the truth of the words in the textbook (p. 385), "Mind decides whether or not the flesh shall be discolored, painful, swollen, and inflamed." There was also a healing of a nervous breakdown.
