Serving God Through Membership

A new member writes, "After years of being alone, it makes me happy to be included in the congregation of those who serve God." To serve God is to love Him and to devote time and thought to bringing His love and truth to the world as found in Christian Science.

Those who have accepted Christian Science and are patterning their lives according to the platform and teachings found in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy (see Church Manual, Art. IV, Sect. 2) may apply for membership in The Mother Church—may serve God through church membership.

Application blanks and information concerning membership may be obtained at Christian Science Reading Rooms, from practitioners listed in The Christian Science Journal, or from clerks of branch churches and societies. Applications may also be obtained from Gordon V. Comer, Clerk, 107 Falmouth Street, Boston 15, Massachusetts.
