Signs of the Times
The Rev. Fred E. Young, Jr. in the Chester Times, Pennsylvania
What is the greatest force in our present-day world?
Is there anything more powerful than the atomic bomb? Has man reached the limits in his capacity for power, or is there still an available force that transcends all forms of earthly power? We place our faith in various sources of power. When they fail we transfer our faith to some other area of power. We are constantly looking for that something in life that can take charge of us and our environment and hold us both together for a better type of society.
