I should like to add my testimony to the many that have appeared in our periodicals. Some time ago I had what seemed to be a badly infected throat. I tried to work out this problem for myself, but was fearful and made little progress. So I called on a faithful practitioner, who started work immediately. The way at times seemed dark, and many erroneous thoughts had to be overcome, but in a very short time the trouble cleared up, with no aftereffects. I was indeed grateful, for some of my acquaintances who had suffered from the same difficulty and had had medical aid, had either passed on or had a very hard time. This healing took place about six years ago, and there has been no return of the trouble in any form.

I have been protected from severe falls, burns, colds, and many other discords. The value of Christian Science can be realized only by constant and consecrated study and the full application of it to our daily lives. Mrs. Eddy was indeed spiritually inspired to give mankind this everyday religion, which most assuredly does heal when rightly understood and practiced.—(Mrs.) Helen Standart, Kansas City, Missouri.
