In Psalms (29:2) we read, "Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name."
So many blessings have been experienced by me and mine since my previous testimony was published in 1936 that I feel impelled to express through our periodicals further gratitude for the way that we have been sustained and protected by Christian Science during the intervening years.
When the war came upon us in 1939 the majority of my staff were taken from the business, and throughout the war period I was left to do much heavy work. I have been able to prove in large measure the statement of our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, on page 385 of Science and Health, "Whatever it is your duty to do, you can do without harm to yourself."
