From the Directors

The Christian Science Sentinel from time to time has contained notices of acknowledgments to those who have presented letters written by our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, and her secretaries, as well as other papers bearing her signature. The result of these notices is evidenced by the fact that thousands of documents have been received for preservation in the Archives of The Mother Church. It is with deep appreciation that we acknowledge these valuable gifts.

These documents are beautifully inlaid under transparent silk and mounted on sheets of a good quality of heavy paper. The sheets are then bound in black levant bindings and carefully stored in the vaults of The Mother Church. A card catalogue makes the contents of these letters available to this Board for reference.
