The Spirit of Easter

I can arise.
I need not fear old forms of limitation.

I can arise
And leave behind false claims of dull stagnation.

I can arise
In strength and health to overcome temptation.

I will arise,
My hand in God's, to prove my liberation.

I rise
With joy to share the glory of salvation.
