I wish to join the chorus of thanks and praise being raised by Christian Scientists all over the world for their beautiful religion and its healing efficacy. Science is the most important thing in my life.

One healing which I received very early in my study of Christian Science was that of fatigue. On page 217 of Science and Health Mrs. Eddy writes, "The scientific and permanent remedy for fatigue is to learn the power of Mind over the body or any illusion of physical weariness, and so destroy this illusion, for matter cannot be weary and heavy-laden."

A number of years ago I had a bad fall on a marble floor. I was helped to arise, and at once I audibly declared "the scientific statement of being" from the textbook (p. 468). A co-worker took me home, and as I left the office my employer said, "Well, she will not be back for six weeks." Reaching home I telephoned a Christian Science practitioner for help. As I lay in bed, I could not move my lower limbs unaided. Nevertheless, I was away from the office only one day, although I walked very poorly at first. Three days later I was again driving my car.
