I should like to express my gratitude to God for Christian Science and to tell of some healings which I have experienced through its application, and which offer proof of the power of Truth.

My first healing was instantaneous. An abscessed tooth which was diagnosed as being in such a dangerous condition that it ought not to be extracted became normal in an hour after treatment from a practitioner was requested. All swelling and soreness disappeared, and there has never been a return of the difficulty.

The next week I sought the assistance of the same practitioner in securing a much-needed position. Work was taken up, and within a month I had been healed of the smoking habit of several years' standing and of social drinking; and an excellent position with a higher-than-average salary was obtained.

My earnest desire then was for church membership and Christian Science friends. After several months I moved to a small town where both these desires were fulfilled, and I also secured a position with ample remuneration. Later I was quickly healed of a severe case of influenza through the faithful application of Christian Science.

On another occasion I was instantaneously healed of double pneumonia. I got up out of bed, dressed, packed my bag, and continued a journey which had been interrupted.
