PROOF OF PRACTICAL CHRISTIANITY

Jesus was the world's greatest and most scientific demonstrator, for he thoroughly proved all things. His so-called miracles were the result of his purity of thought and holiness of purpose.

Mary Baker Eddy says in the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 473): "Jesus established what he said by demonstration, thus making his acts of higher importance than his words. He proved what he taught." Today each follower of the Master can more fully realize man's oneness with God and accept the glorious opportunity to prove, as Jesus did, that all things are possible to God.

It is only through the recognition of the relationship existing between the heavenly Father and man, His son, that mankind can relinquish its unreliable concept of health—a concept which is based on the physical senses—and begin to prove through enlightened understanding the blessed assurance, freedom, and wholeness which are each one's God-bestowed birthright. Good is inevitable and inestimable because its source is in Soul, not in body or matter.
