Christian Science has been the directing power of my whole life, and I am very grateful to Mrs. Eddy for finding and giving to us all the fundamental rules for living purposefully. Joy and contentment come with the understanding that we have the solution of every problem by following the directions which she has given in our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," and her other writings.

There is no form of error, whether carelessness, dishonesty, hatred, agreed, or the etceteras of evil suggestions, which have not been nullified by the omnipresence and omnipotence of God. During the period of seeming shortages I found that God's provision was complete as each need was denied and the evidence of His supremacy was affirmed. Housing, food, car, clothing, and machinery were obtained, though in some instances it seemed miraculous. It was surely the answer to prayer.

I am most grateful for God's protection and love in the care of two small daughters. They have certainly shown me the power of God's law manifested here and now, in their quick response to Christian Science treatment. There have been few physical problems, but one experience is outstanding in its annulment of material laws. One of the children was found standing alone at seven months and soon was walking. By the time she was almost two the neighbors and others were most outspoken about her being bowlegged, so that I had always expected her to outgrow this condition, but was told that she was too old, and that drastic measures should be taken. Shortly after Christmas a consecrated practitioner was asked to help, and by March these same neighbors were marveling that the child was no longer even slightly bowlegged. They still express amazement at times, although it is three or four years since this healing took place.
