We have been so greatly benefited by the articles and testimonies in the Christian Science periodicals that I too wish to express heartfelt gratitude to God for all that Christian Science has done for us.

When I was a very little girl my mother placed me in a high chair close to a stove on which she had a pot of tea. I reached out and accidentally knocked it over, spilling the hot liquid over one of my legs. When my stocking was removed, the skin came off with it. Mother immediately turned to God for help, as we are taught to do in Science. The next day I was crawling around and using that leg just as freely as the other with no pain at all.

I have been healed of measles, smallpox, and scarlet fever. Adenoids have also been healed through the work of a practitioner. My husband had a healing of double pneumonia through the help of a practitioner. This healing was slow, but the experience taught him to take a more definite stand for Truth.
