Dedicatory services were held in Sixth Church of Christ, Scientist, on Sunday, January 6, 1946. The usual order of the Sunday service was augmented by the reading of a brief history reviewing the progress of Christian Science in this locality.
The first Christian Science service in Putney was held on April 22, 1906, in a room known as la, Chelverton Road.
