Many times my thought has been lifted, and I have received help and inspiration through reading the testimonies in our periodicals. I too desire to express my gratitude for Christian Science and the many blessings that have come to me and to my family since I turned to Science.

Some of the instantaneous healings we have experienced include those of pneumonia, a sprained ankle, influenza, burns, and mumps. In a few days, with the loving and steadfast help of a practitioner and members of my family, I was healed of grief and a severe nervous condition that followed the passing on of my mother. This occurred five years ago. At that time also my brother received a healing of a cancer on his face. Because of his faith in and expectancy of good, this healing came quickly after help was asked for in Christian Science. The fears which had been expressed by two doctors were dispelled; the growth dropped away during the night's rest, and no scar remained. This healing brought me a greater sense of love and compassion and a clearer realization of God as Mother.

Christian Science shows us the true way of living, and through daily study of the Bible and of Science and Health we have learned to be actively patient in connection with the supplying of our daily needs. This patient, joyous activity is constant demonstration of God, good, with us each moment of the day, and brings healing and an understanding of man's true identity.
