With deep appreciation I give this testimony, my first written one, although many times I have raised my voice to glorify the God I have come to know through the study of the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. My first healing was instantaneous, that of a nervous breakdown, just through my turning with my whole heart to Christian Science and studying its textbooks, the Bible and Science and Health, together with Mrs. Eddy's other writings. Overnight the ailment vanished and with it what seemed a great weight dropped from my heart and shoulders.

I continued daily and hourly study, and great changes for good began to take place in my consciousness and consequently in my experience. I have found that no matter in what circumstances or environment I find myself, through persistent daily study and application of this Science I always progress.

I have been healed of intestinal influenza and of severe throat trouble, through a realization of Mrs. Eddy's statement (Science and Health, p. 381), "Be no more willing to suffer the illusion that you are sick or that some disease is developing in the system, than you are to yield to a sinful temptation no the ground that sin has its necessities."
